Chopstix offers Chinese and Continental cuisine and the chef was trained in Bangalore (now Bengaluru). Its speciality is the fresh water trout that is prepared in a number of ways and is exclusive to Chopstix. It is open for lunch and dinner and any time lounging. Manjit Joshi, one of the four young owners of the restaurant says, ‘we are Patan boys and this is our attempt to lure not just people from Lalitpur but also Kathmanduites to this part of the city.’ And who could reject such an enticement.
