Mahaguthi, Craft With a Conscience is a fair trade organization which produces, markets and exports Nepalese crafts. Mahaguthi serves both the domestic and international markets and has three shops based in the Kathmandu Valley. Our organization represents the efforts of more than one thousand individual producers, fifty percent of whom are from remote and mountainous areas. Many of our producers are women who are given the chance to employ traditional skills in their own homes, thus enabling them to generate extra income.

Sana Hastakala  was established in 1989 to help support the small and micro scale handicraft producers  in accessing market, domestic and  international. Sana Hastakala outsource productd from over 80 groups of the producers from different parts of Nepal.There are about 2000 individual craft items under 20 different catagories.Sana hastakala (P) Ltd, sister company of the organisation exports these items to International market.
